Good choice. My biggest (heck, maybe only) concern was the choice be someone who could get on TV and effectively make our case in a way regular folks can relate. Steele definitely can do that. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen the previous RNC chairman on TV. That means if he had any face time he didn’t leave much of an impression. Personally, I was rooting for our local candidate, Ken Blackwell. However, in reflection I’ll admit Steele is probably better at the TV stuff.
