I think by saying that they are putting off discussion for now, they’re simply trying to pull out of this mess with some degree of dignity.  Unless Lionel Hutz is the guy advising them on the constitutionality of the legislation, they won’t be back.

    They did the same sort of thing with the gay marriage. They brought it up and tabled it, brought it up and tabled it, brought it up and tabled it. Eventurally they went on with it when no one was watching. CT Legilature is the most absurd piece of govenment. And it was driven by Lawlor and MacDonald
